We are registered with several medical aid providers.

If your medical aid is not listed and you're unsure whether we are registered with them, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Please note that while we submit claims to your medical aid on your behalf, the patient remains responsible for settling any outstanding balances not covered by the scheme. 

Rates

At our practice, we charge standard medical aid rates in line with the nature and complexity of the treatment provided during your session. Please be aware that fees may vary depending on the specific interventions used.

For all initial consultations, an evaluation fee will be added to the session charge. This is to ensure a thorough assessment and tailored treatment plan suited to your individual needs.

Certain materials and tools used during treatment - such as dry needling needles, kinesiology tape, and similar consumables - are not included in the standard consultation rate and will be charged separately if used.

Private Walk-in (Cash) Rates:

For clients who choose to pay privately at the practice following their treatment session, the applicable cash rates are as follows:

• 30-minute session – R450

• 45-minute session – R590

Please note: The initial consultation will be a minimum of 45 minutes to allow for an evaluation, and will be charged at the 45-minute rate. 

Pelvic assessment and treatment sessions are priced differently for cash-paying patients. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

Travel fees:

For home visits or sessions requiring travel, an additional fee will apply if the round-trip travel distance exceeds 16 km. This fee will be calculated based on the extra distance travelled. Some medical schemes accept responsibility for transport-related costs, while others may only cover these in exceptional circumstances. We recommend confirming this directly with your medical aid provider.
