I’m a qualified Physiotherapist, passionate about helping people regain movement, reduce pain, and live active, fulfilling lives. My journey into physiotherapy began after a personal experience with a physiotherapist who played a pivotal role in my own journey. That life-changing support inspired me to pursue a career where I could make the same kind of meaningful impact on others.
I graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2021, and since then, I’ve committed myself to ongoing learning and clinical growth. I’ve completed a wide range of postgraduate courses to expand my expertise and provide well-rounded, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs. These include:
Pain Management (Modules 1-4)
Dry Needling
Basic Wheelchair Seating
Aquatic Therapy (for both adults and paediatrics)
While I treat a wide variety of conditions across all stages of life, I also have a special interest in Women’s Health. Inspired by my own journey of learning to understand and care for my body, I’ve completed advanced training through the Pelvic & Women’s Health Physiotherapy group of the South African Society of Physiotherapy. This has equipped me to support women in managing common concerns and improving their overall quality of life.
My approach is holistic, taking into account both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care tailored to their needs. I believe in empowering each patient to take an active role in their healing journey. Whether we’re working toward pain relief, injury recovery, or improving quality of life, I’m here to provide compassionate, personalized care every step of the way.
As someone who thrives on connection, loves the outdoors, and values feeling confident in my own skin, I aim to create a warm, supportive space where patients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. My goal is to help you feel strong, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
